Mold design: Mold structure review-system & engineers qualification system, familiar with the European & America mold standards, these has highly ensured good designs from the very beginning.

Staff training: every staff have to pass training and examination before they start working. They are keeping trained from time to time

Machining: all the molds are processed by precision machining-center, EDM, W-EDM; during every processing procedure, we have our IPQC to check and review. These highly ensured every procedure is correct
