What is IML?
IML is a pre-labeling tech that used in injection molding, blow molding and other thermosetting processing.
The tech theory is:
Before molding, labels are put onto the mold cavity and then thermoform it.
During processing, labels are put onto pre-set position of cavity by vacuum, Electrostatic adsorption, etc.. After molding, the labels and the part will be combined perfectly. In this way, one procedure can fulfill both the molding and labeling function
IML strength:
1) Labels are fresh and vivid, this is unachievable by normal printing; especially IML makes special configuration products also can have high-visual effects; in this way, products level are highly improved from visual
